1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are only applicable for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

  • A clear unboxing video is required as proof of damage or incorrect product.

  • Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the order.

2. Return Process

  • Provide the order details, unboxing video, and a brief description of the issue.

  • Once your request is approved, we will deliver the replacement product within 7-10 business days.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are initiated only for eligible cases after successful verification.

  • Refund requests must be made within 15 days of receiving the order.

  • Once the return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • Products without proper proof of damage (unboxing video).

  • Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product), we will bear the shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer must cover the return shipping charges.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After this period, cancellations are not possible as the order is processed for shipping.
